Yes — we operate nationwide and internationally. We maintain a network of vetted local crews in cities across the US and worldwide, so there are no travel costs for most locations. If you require one of our in-house producers to be on-site, a travel and accommodations fee may apply — we'll always be upfront about that before you book.

Every Bonomotion crew member is hand-selected and vetted by our production team. You'll receive a crew brief before the event so you know exactly who's showing up. For larger productions, a dedicated producer oversees the entire team to ensure everything runs to your brief.

Same-day social cuts and highlight clips can be delivered within hours of the event wrapping. Full post-production — editing, graphics, color, and sound — typically takes 5–14 business days after the shoot. Rush editing is available if you need it faster; just let us know upfront and we'll build it into the production plan.

All final files are delivered via a private, password-protected cloud gallery. You can view, download, and share directly from the link — no special software needed. High-res photos and finished video files are all included in one organized delivery.

Absolutely — this is one of our core strengths. Our dedicated live-stream technicians work in parallel with the camera and photo teams. Your in-person and virtual audiences both get a premium experience, with no compromise in quality for either.

Yes. We can embed a dedicated social content creator within the crew to capture BTS moments, candid shots, and short-form clips optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok — ready to post while the event is still live.

We shoot with professional-grade cinema and mirrorless camera systems, paired with broadcast-quality audio, portable lighting rigs, and redundant live-stream encoders. All gear is owned by our team — we never rely on rental equipment that might not show up.

You do. All final deliverables are fully licensed to your organization for unlimited commercial use. There are no hidden usage fees or restrictions on how you use the content we create for you.

Absolutely. Unlike freelancers you might find elsewhere, Bonomotion is fully licensed and insured to film on any hotel, commercial, private, or public property. We carry $2 million in general aggregate coverage and can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing your organization or venue as Additional Insured upon request.

No problem — we understand schedules shift. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the shoot. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to lock in a new date, subject to crew availability. Reach out to your producer as early as possible and we'll make it work.
